Our suppliers are very carefully selected. They guarantee a maximum of quality and seriosity for all products you buy with us. |

Where possible, preference is given to suppliers who manufacture their products in France or in any other european country. |

Particular attention is paid to an ecologic production and to the quality of the products (longevity). |

Every article is checked with accurateness before being dispatched. This enables us to guarantee for the quality of the articles and to engage ourselves to exchange or to pay back every single article which does not satisfy you to 100%. |

Within a 14 days period after reception of the goods, you may return us any article without having to state your reasons. You will then automatically benefit of the reimbursement of the purchase price (see also Right of Withdrawl). |

In case you send back an already paid article and wish to be paid back, the following terms of reference will be applicated: - The parcel has not been opened (denial of acceptance or delivery impossible): the already paid amount is fully been paid back (total article amount plus possible shipping costs). - After having got your parcel you decide to return one or several items : we reimburse the price of the returned articles plus pro-rata possible shipping costs; shipping costs for shipping back the products will be at your charge. - A product is been sent back due to our fault (product does not correspond to the ordered product, deficient product...): we reimburse product price as well as all possible shipping costs and return charges. |

All products bought with us benefit of the legal one year guarantee. Some producers may even offer a longer or even a lifelong guarantee for some of their products (see product description). |

Deficient products under guarantee are repared or exchanged as soon as possible (see our General Terms of Trade). |

Data protection is taken very serious and we guarantee a secure transfer of all your sensitive customer data. Your data will be treated in strict confidence: they are at no time made accessible or sold to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes (see Privacy Policy and Data protection). |
