Staub manufactures superior cast iron pots and pans of various colors. Better than any other material cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. The coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled inside and out; the enameled black matt interior provides genuine flavour. Fat and oils used when cooking penetrate the pores of the enamel and create a natural, smooth non-stick surface. Due to the enamel interiors and ceramic bottoms, all cast iron pieces can be used on nearly any heat source, including induction hobs or ovens.
