Very elegant and clever meat fondue set in solid enamelled cast iron. The wok in cast iron is separated in the centre, you can even serve two different fondues in the same time (e.g. chinese fondue and - for the vegetarians - a vegetable fondue or fish fondue and fondue bourguignonne). The material
Better than any other material cast iron retains and evenly diffuses heat. The coloured or matt black finish products are enamelled inside and out; the enameled black matt interior provides genuine flavour. Thanks to the specific characteristics of the enamel, the more you use your product, the better it gets! Attention: cast iron utensils have to me heaten up progressively. If you use your utensil on an induction hob, pay attention to heat up your cocotte progressively.
