With the GrillFrit, FRIFRI has come up with a brand new concept: an odourless, fat-free fryer without an oil pan for lighter and crispier chips cooked to perfection.

The principle of the fat-free chips fryer : frozen chips that have already been cooked, are placed into a basket that rotates continuously in front of an electric element. The heat gradually warms up the chips until they reach the right temperature and degree of crispiness. Blades inside the basket separate the chips as they turn.
